Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 20 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in the original packaging with all designer tags and seals still attached.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS return label included in your original shipment to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship & Track

  Drop off the package at any authorized shipping center. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
